| Culbertson Resource Center Circulation Policies |
- There is no charge to borrow books and curricula but a refundable security deposit
(1-2 items $50.00, 3-5 items $100.00) and proper identification is required.
- Books and curricula may circulate for two weeks with an option to renew for an
additional week. Vertical files, periodicals, research data and statistics do not
circulate but copies may be made at 10 cents each.
- Unless prior arrangements have been made, the deposit will be forfeited if
materials are not returned by the due date.
- Planned Parenthood reserves the right to limit the number of materials
borrowed from any one specific topic area.
- A total of five books and/or curricula may be borrowed at one time.
- In addition to the refundable security deposit there is a maintenance
rental fee ($10.00 unless other wise specified) for all audiovisuals, charts,
teaching kits, and models. A completed Resource Center Patron Form must be on
file in order to rent materials.
- The rental fee must be paid when the materials are picked-up.
- Audiovisuals and other rentals are for five business days.
- The borrower is responsible for loss or damage to the Resource Center materials.
- Materials cannot be mailed, they must be returned in person on or before the due date.
