Four Easy Ways to Pay:

Check: We are happy to accept an organization or personal check payable to Planned Parenthood of Western PA.

Credit Card: We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Invoice: We are willing to invoice your organization if a purchase order (or written authorization from appropriate personal on organization letterhead) is submitted with the registration form.

Cash: If payment is being made the day of the workshop, we will accept cash.

Please note: Unless we are invoicing your organization, previously unpaid registrations are due the morning of the workshop. Unless an advance copy is requested at the time of registration, payment receipts are distributed at the workshops.

Refunds will be issued only if PPWP is notified of cancellations 72 hours in advance of the workshop. An administrative fee of $10.00 will be retained from all refunds. If you need to cancel less than 72 hours prior to the designated workshop, you may send a substitute from your organization or transfer your registration to another PPWP workshop of your choice within 12 months.
